In addition to his transaction work, Bradley remains involved in portfolio strategy and oversight, with experience across a growing footprint of farmland assets throughout the West. His background in both asset management and brokerage allows him to provide clients with practical, market-grounded advice across the full life cycle of an agricultural investment.

Bradley holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University–Idaho. He is an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) and an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). He is also a licensed real estate professional in Idaho and Washington, and a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI). Through these affiliations, he stays closely connected to industry best practices and evolving market trends.

Before joining Root, Bradley served as a Vice President with Rabobank, one of the world’s leading agricultural lenders. During his tenure, he progressed from Financial Analyst to Relationship Manager, where he underwrote, analyzed, and secured more than $120 million in new agricultural business while managing a $150 million portfolio of dairy, row crop, and cow-calf operations.

Born and raised in Central Washington, Bradley was immersed in large-scale production agriculture, supporting his family’s export forage business. Outside of work, he enjoys church service, exercise, flying airplanes, snowmobiling, water sports, and outdoor activities with his wife and four children.
