Skye is the Founder of Root Agricultural Advisory where he manages and grows farmland portfolios throughout the Western USA. Skye is also a FINRA licensed investment banker where he focuses on food and agriculture opportunities.

Maryellen works as a Vice President for Root Agricultural Advisory assisting in the management of farmland assets.

Bradley Calaway is a Vice President at Root Agricultural Advisory, where he focuses on buy-side and sell-side advisory, distressed asset engagements, and general agricultural real estate brokerage across the Western United States. He is actively involved in farmland acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and complex transaction assignments, working with institutional investors, family offices, operators, and lenders. Bradley brings a regional perspective and a finance-driven approach to underwriting, valuation, and deal execution.

Becca is the Founder of Root Agricultural Advisory where she assists with the day-to-day operations of the various business units. Prior to starting the company with her husband Skye, she worked as a Product Owner for Clearwater Analytics.

Jim is a Real Estate Agent responsible for transacting farmland real estate in Idaho and Utah. Prior to joining Root Agricultural Advisory, he was a Vice President for Hancock Natural Resource Group (HNRG). Jim helped develop a large portfolio of agricultural investments and provided comprehensive management of the portfolio.

Arnav works as an Acquisitions Associate for Root Agricultural Advisory assisting in the acquisition of farmland real estate.

Kari is an associate at Root Agricultural Advisory, where she leverages her extensive experience to assist in the management of farmland assets. With over 20 years in the Permanent Crop industry, Kari brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Sonora is an associate for Root Agricultural Advisory where she assists with farm management for both permanent and row crops. Her experience includes asset management, budgeting, financial reporting, and real estate property management. Most recently, Sonora has been representing the firm in various projects as a water liaison.

Braylie is an associate at Root Agricultural Advisory, where she plays a key role in facilitating farmland transactions for both sellers and buyers.

Her expertise in this field is built upon a solid educational foundation, having earned a BA in Agricultural Business with an emphasis in agronomy from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
